Why Polar X exists
Most events leave behind a few photos and a lot of memories nobody captured. The conversations, the reactions, the people who made the night: gone by the next morning.
Polar X exists to keep them. We capture events through the people in them, so organisers, venues and sponsors have something real to share long after everyone’s gone home.
Founder
I’m Seb Diaz, founder of Polar X.
I’ve always been drawn to the moments when people come together, and to making sure those moments count. Almost everything I’ve built has started from that idea.
Before Polar X, I was Events and Sponsorships Manager at Gaydio, where I built their networking events programme. In my first year, I took it from 2 sponsors to almost 20, doubled attendance and grew the value of the programme by more than 500%. It taught me what organisers need from an event, and what sponsors need to see afterwards.
Polar X brings those two things together. We help organisers, venues and brands get more from their events, by capturing the people and moments that make them worth remembering.
We’re based in Manchester and work across the UK.
