CASE STUDY
Tesco Pride Showcase 2026
The Brief
Tesco's Pride Showcase brought colleagues from across HQ together at the Heart Building for a day that was part celebration, part discovery, a chance to connect with each other, meet some of Tesco's charity partners working in the DEI space, and sample products from suppliers taking part.
Tesco wanted a way to capture the full breadth of that, not just the gathering itself, but the conversations and connections happening around it.
The Activation
A roaming activation across the Heart Building, moving between colleagues, charity partners and suppliers throughout the day. Branded instant prints, live interaction and social-first content, capturing the full mix of what was happening in the room rather than one single moment.
The Story
Colleagues, charity partners and suppliers all came together under one roof for the day, three different reasons to be there, one shared celebration. The activation moved through all of it, weaving colleague catch-ups, charity conversations and supplier moments into a single thread of content rather than treating them as separate things happening to overlap.
The clearest sign this landed came from inside Tesco's own Pride Network. Dan, the network's lead, sat down with us afterwards to share what the day actually meant, in his own words, not ours.
